This was last advertised in the Manhattan Mercury as a Commonwealth theatre on 10/6/1988, appearing the following day as a Creative Entertainment theatre, then as a United Artist location on 6/14/1991.

Beginning 12/13/1991 all United Artists theatres in Manhattan began being advertised as First International Theatres.

This theatre started advertising as a Carmike cinema on 6/27/1997 and closed after business on 7/16/1998.
