An article in the 10/29/1979 edition of the Salina Journal touts the hard work that local owner Larry Delaney had gone through to reopen the theatre that had been closed since 9/1978. He changed the name of the theatre to Dimension 198 to reflect the new seating capacity. Delaney also operated the Drive-In in town.
