Information for this tour was contributed by Donny Random. When the Janus opened in 1968, it was the only two-screen theater between Washington and Atlanta. The first features to appear on these screen were ELVIRA MADIGAN and the YELLOW SUBMARINE. Later expanded to 8 screens. Demolished in 2001 for luxury condos. The projection booth was covered from floor to ceiling with graffiti made by the employees.
