This theater opened with two screens, across the parking lot as a companion to the original Northside Cinema. It was expanded to three screens on June 15, 1979 and was renamed the Northside Cinema 4-5-6. It was later expanded to its current configuration of six screens and operated as "Cinema Two" with the original Northside Cinema operating as "Cinema One".
Carmike Cinemas assumed operation of this theater on July 15, 2011.
AMC acquired this theatre when it purchased Carmike in December of 2016.
