ACT III acquired this and other existing Santikos Theatres on 1/1/1987.

Regal Cinemas acquired ACT III in 1997 and operated this theatre until 2/15/2001.

Cinemark Theatres operated this theater from 2/16/2001 to 5/17/2001.

Alamo Drafthouse closed this location and never reopened it following the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020. In August 2021, Santikos announced that they had signed a lease to operation this location. It reopened March 31, 2022.
