ACT III acquired this and other existing Santikos Theatres on 1/1/1987.

Regal Cinemas acquired ACT III in 1997 and operated this theatre until Santikos bought it back on 5/18/2001, when the theater was renamed Rialto.

The theater was closed for renovations in July 2019 and reopened in November with the Galaxy moniker returning.
