Information for this tour was contributed by Roger Katz.

Trans-Lux opened the Cinema 1 & 2 in April 1976 and an adjacent restaurant was converted to a third auditorium in 1980. The theater was later expanded by splitting auditorium 2 and adding additional screens to arrive a a count of six. Another three screen expansion in 1996 came from the conversion of office space.

The Landmark is odd in a number of ways. There is no marquee or signage on the outside of the building at all. It has 9 auditoriums and is spread out over 3 floors. There are 6 projections booths (theatres 3-6 share a large booth, all the other auditoriums have their own) and two concession stands.

Bow Tie Cinemas assumed operation in November 2006.

An extensive renovation began in 2019, with one auditorium converted to an arcade, reducing the screen count to eight.

AMC Theatres acquired this and six other locations from Bow Tie in April 2022.
