Half of the Norcross mall was demolished for a new Wal-Mart to be built. The half housing the ice skating rink and theatre remain. The theatre space was gutted and turned into an event center. No traces of the theatre remain.

Act III acquired this and all of AMC's Austin theatres in 1989 and operated it under the Presidio Theatres brand.
