The Laurel Park 10, located in Laurel Park Mall, opened in October 1988 and was the first cinema built on Livonia's northwest side.

AMC ceased operating this theatre in October of 2009. After a remodel, Phoenix Theatres of Michigan reopened the theatre on December 11, 2009.
