Opened in 1997 by General Cinemas as a replacement for the Essex Green III with all stadium seating, a large lobby which included a coffee shop (Soundstage Cafe), and 50 foot concession stand. The theatre was closed on August 8, 2010, and converted to AMC's Dine-In Theatres and reopened in November 2010 - the four smallest theaters were converted to Cinema Suites, the five largest to Fork & Screen.
