This theatre was built inside the Tradewinds South shopping center which was built on the property of the Sunset Drive-In.
One screen was added to each side of the original Capri, becoming the Capri Four on 5/20/1983. Two screens were again added to each side, becoming the Carmike 8 on 11/14/1986.
