Information for this tour was contributed by Larry Levine. The Lewis Theatre was extensively renovated in 2009, adding a performance stage, theatrical lighting and backstage development. Movies are shown 6 - 7 days each week, first and second run. Most every month there is a special night of foreign, arts and documentary films and festivals. Seating changed from nearly 500 old seats to a current capacity of 200, half in new stadium risers and half vintage seats in low rise setting, providing a much more accessible space with superb site lines. Trillium Performing Arts, the company in residence, produces live events on stage monthly and holds classes in dance, music and related arts on a weekly basis.
