Information for this tour was contributed by Justin West. An open-air movie theatre operated for a few years back in the early 1950s, next to a general store along Sumneytown Pike in Sumneytown, PA. A gent would set up benches and a screen on a lot next to the store, during the warmer part of the year and only one night a week and show movies. Dubbed the "MeadowView Theater," today the property is now the location of a bank. Return to the top of this page or Return to the main page
