Built by Luxury Theatres, this became part of Tim Moyer Cinemas in 1980.

An article in the 1/4/1989 Corvallis Gazette-Times reported that Tim Moyer Cinemas had merged with Luxury Theaters. Theatres included in the transaction were the 9th Street Cinemas, State, and Whitesite in Corvallis. The Park Cinemas in Lebanon and the Albany Drive-In were mentioned as closed, while the Midway Drive-In east of Corvallis was noted as closed for the season. The same article mentioned Act III was still poised to purchase Luxury Theatres regardless.
