Previously operated by: Crown Theatres, Kerasotes Theatres, AMC Theatres

An article in the January 2003 issue of NATO's magazine "In Focus" states that Crown opened the theatre on November 1, 2002.

Originally planned by Crown Theatres as a 17-plex, Kerasotes Theatres eventually completed the cinema with 15 screens.

The city's plan to bring people downtown from the suburbs for entertainment was a flop and the building was re-purposed in 2016. The space that was once movie theaters is now practice facilities for the Minnesota Lynx and Timberwolves basketball teams.
