After Destinta closed the location on December 30, 2010, it was reopened by Cinema Holdings Group as a discount house in 2011. The structure was declared unsafe for human occupant on December 21, 2012 and forced to close until further notice.

Regal acquired the theatre and renovated and reopened the theater on February 16, 2017.
