Known for decades as the Rocket, the Capri became a sub-run house in the mid-1970s. It closed in 1989 and, after sitting empty for seven years, reopened as a nightclub that didn't do much business. In 2010, it became The Establishment, with improv on the weekends and rental space during the week.
