Information for this tour was contributed by Jeff Mexico.

It was originally built in 1892 as a Livery Stable, and later became a grocery or general store. In the 1970s, the left half of the building was turned into a movie theatre and ran for about 12 or more years. The right side of the building was Lovelace Flower Shop. After the theatre closed it became a liquor store and then a Tot's clothing store.

The restoration will include the whole building utilizing the right side as the lobby and concessions, storage, office, stairway to projection booth etc. The left side will be the theatre again with the restrooms and projection booth above.
