Information for this tour was contributed by Emanuel Culman.

The theatre was built in 1947 by the Gilman brothers. In 1958, the theatre was sold to A. Gilman's daughter, Margaret, and her husband, LeRoy Walz. Roy and Margaret ran the theatre until Roy's death in 2005 when Margaret took it on by herself. In failing health she put the facility up for sale, actually closing down in June of 2006.

The building was purchased by Emanuel Culman in February 2007 and the theater has since reopened.
