This three screen theatre is actually two separate buildings.

The original theatre opened in 1965 on the west side of the plaza. In 1972 a separate free-standing building was erected to the northeast causing the original theatre to be Loews 1 and the new building to be Loews 2. Sometime later, the original theatre was divided into two screens and the entire complex referred to as the Pittsford Triplex.

The original Loews 1 is now a Fitness Center, and the Loews 2 is a furniture store.
