Information for this tour was contributed by Matt Lutthans. The Plaza 4 was the last theatre built by the Cooper Theatres circuit. The now-non-profit "Cooper Foundation" still has its offices in the building above the theatre.
Cooper-Highland sold their theatres to Commonwealth effective 6/7/1978.
United Artists acquired this theatre when it acquired Commonwealth Theatres in 1988.
Douglas took this theatre over from UA beginning 8/7/1992. Photos Photos remain the property of the Member and may not be reproduced without the written consent of the Member. |
