This theatre was built in the 1920s and was called the Sunset Theatre. The name was changed in 1946 to the Town by then-owner, Kerasotes Theatres. It was twinned in the 1980s. Vern Reynolds purchased the theater in April 1999 sold it to the local Optimist Club on November 30, 2009.
