Information for this tour was contributed by The Town Theatre. The Town was built by Ken and Irene Dickinson in 1946 and was one of the first businesses in the downtown area. Ken and Irene retired in 1978, but the traditions continue, including intermissions with free cake and coffee!
Most of the original projection equipment is still in use, including RCA 100 and RCA 60 projection heads, Brenkhert carbon arc lamphouses, and a Simplex sound system with Electrovoice speakers.
