Originally built as a twin theatre by Georgia Theatre Company. After various modifications and owners the theatre was closed in 1997.

A cinema addition was added to the back side of the mall which incorporated the original complex as part of a new 12 screen theatre.

Phoenix BIG theatres stopped operating this theatre in 2014.
