Information for this tour was contributed by Vincent Astor. Playhouse on the Square's new building is at 66 South Cooper St. It is Memphis' only regional professional theatre and includes a 347 seat auditorium with balcony and boxes, orchestra pit, fully equipped stage with fly loft, a two level lobby/gallery, large rehearsal hall and cabaret spaces. It has the capacity to show film. Opened January, 2010. It is a multi-purpose building which hosts several arts groups and provides rehearsal space for others. Photos
