A nondescript auditorium fronted with an overwhelmingly impressive rotunda and facade of glass block and stucco. This is, sadly, Baltimore's premiere theatre now. It may be nice enough, but the fact remains that it is a neighborhood theatre. A city of this size shouldn't have to rely on a small theatre in an outlying neighborhood to function as its showcase house. It has the advantage, however, of being near fashionable residential areas.
