Joy Houck leased the former Patio Theatre and operated it as a bowling center from 1960 until 1967, when he converted it back into a theater on August 17 as the Panorama 1 and 2. The auditoriums were each split in 1970, creating a four-plex and two more screens were added in 1985. Houck sold his theater chain to Movies Incorporated in 1993, which operated the Panorama until 1996.
