The theater opened as a single screen theater. The house was just under 1000 seats and had a nice curved screen with gold travelers. What a wonderful picture and sound it had. As you walked into the lobby, the theater was to the right of the concession.

When the second theater was added in 1973, the building was expanded on the left side of the concession. The second screen expanded towards the parking lot and Airport Blvd at an angle. The original house went the other way. The two booths were central to the lobby but on opposite sides.

The third screen was added circa 1975 by dividing the main house. The result was that the original booth played to a theate that was 1/3 smaller. The new screen was a long shotgun type house. Original screen 1 and 2 had automation as both were 2 projector booths. Screen 1 could handle 5k reels and #2 could do 6k. The third screen had no automation but did have a platter. The Norelco's remained carbon arced until some time after the fall 1977. Xenon lamps were added along with a platter.

The theater was owned by Mann from 1975 to 1979 and Jack Fleming was the manager.
