Information for this tour was contributed by Dave Felthous.

This discount house opened in 1987 in a huge former supermarket. It was built by San Carlos Theaters of Petaluma, CA, which had a similar operation in Sparks, NV, in a building under the same ownership as the old Lynnwood foodstore. The theater had stiff, uncomfortable seats and poor quality mono sound, but was popular with bargain-hunters for most of its life. Later a part of the Act III chain, the present owner, Regal Cinemas, closed Cinema 12 in January 2001 as part of its downsizing program.
