Information for this tour was contributed by Ken Layton.

The Yardbirds theater was built by Ralph Peel in 1982. Tom Moyer's Luxury Theatres took over the theater around 1986. In 1991 Act 3 Theaters took over then in 1998 Regal Cinemas bought out Act 3. In October 2002 Chehalis resident Daryl Lund took over the theater from Regal and began an extensive remodelling and upgrading. This included conversion to stadium seating, new cupholder chairs, and all new digital sound systems to name a few improvements.

Lund closed the theater in March 2009 and it was reopened by new owners Scott White and Jeff Frias on May 1, 2009.
