Information for this tour was contributed by Julie Leneave. The historic Elbert Theatre opened February 23, 1940. It was the latest in entertainment & comfort featuring air conditioning, RCA High Fidelity Sound, Simplex Euprex Projection, an evenlite diffusing Screen, Hearing Aids, Extra Large Seats in staggered arrangement for better viewing which was copied by Paramount Theatre in New York and a "Magic Eye" Drinking Fountain. Developed by Lucas & Jenkins. Currently under restoration and is currently being used for community performances.
