Information for this tour was contributed by David Stambaugh.

Cinema World was completely renovated and expanded from 4 to 8 screens by Act III Theatres circa 1995. All 8 screens received THX certification, as well as Dolby Digital and DTS digital sound, plus they have two portable SDDS units. The renovation included new seats, new screens, new restrooms and a new concession stand. Regal Cinemas bought out Act III a few years later, and they dropped the THX certification. House #3 (shown in the photos below) is the largest, with 480 seats. It was recently upgraded to SDDS-8 in time for Spider-Man and the sound is very impressive. The projector is a Simplex, and image quality is excellent. The screen is common-height, with the masking opening to the sides for scope presentations.
