Information for this tour was contributed by Andrew Rossetti. The College Street Cinema was a little 350-400 seat theatre that was accessed from the lobby of the Roger Sherman Building. It was originally a bowling alley on the first floor and basement. Steel was put in to create a sloped floor. Access to the projection room was on the second floor of the building and was immediately off the elevator.
The College Street Cinema was to the right of the Roger Sherman (Palace) and to the left of the Loews College. The last row of seats was actually street level and the slope of the floor went to the basement. The executive offices of Stanley Warner Theatres was also located in the office building, along with the film companies. They also had their own screening room on the second or third floor of the office building.
