Information for this tour was contributed by Ken Layton. Judging by the style of the building, I would hazard a guess that it was built around 1938 (cinder block construction). It is located on the main street, Highway 12, which runs thru the town. The building is still standing and in good shape. The front half of the building (which faces Highway 12) has been converted into two apartments. Some of the locals tell me that the stage, screen, and half the auditorium still are intact. I think this theater also closed around 1960. Photos
