Information for this tour was contributed by Bill Gabel. The Vine Street Theatre opened in the 1930s. It was used many times for live stage and radio programs. This was never a regular movie theatre, other than a screening here and there. During the 1960s-1970s, it was called the Huntington Hartford Theatre, which did live stage plays. It's last name was the James Dolittle Theatre. Then it has been on an open and closed policy during the 1990s.
