Information for this tour was contributed by Kacee Quintana. The Wilson Theatre was owned by the Harris family, who also owns the Century Cinemas and the Burley Theatre in Burley.
The Wilson showed first run, mainstream features and tended to circuit films to and from her sister theatre in Burley. The Wilson was also a popular Friday night hangout for junior high and high school students from the small farming community.
The spacious lobby and large auditorium easily accommodated its young patrons. The Wilson did not have a balcony, but did have a stage behind its huge screen.
This theatre was closed by the Harris family in the mid-1990s when the Century Cinemas in Burley expanded to five screens.
