Information for this tour was contributed by Jim Marcotte. The Mohawk Theater in Saint Paul was converted to a two story Masons clubhouse in the 1950s and has been run as the Smith Avenue Hall, a rental hall for meetings and receptions since the 1970s. There is a one level theater with stage on the second floor and a reception hall on the first floor. It was sold to new owners in April 2007 who are changing the name to The Rivertown; they plan to begin restoration of the exterior of the building while continuing its use as a rental facility.
