Information for this tour was contributed by Ken Roe. Built by multi-millionaire Howard Hughes as a showcase theatre for premieres, it was operated by Fox-West Coast soon after opening. It closed to films in the early 1980s to become a Jehovah's Witness Hall for many years. Recent use (since 2000) has been as an African-American performing arts theatre known as the Vision Theatre.
