The Cinemark Holiday Village 4 was built as part of a renovation of the Holiday Village Shopping Center. The three-screen theater that was formerly on the site was demolished and replaced by the new four-screen multiplex with stadium seating. [1]

In March of 2014, Metropolitan Theatres began operating this location.
