Information for this tour was contributed by Daniel Gibbs. This nondescript little theatre was a neighborhood house on the once-grand residential section of Broadway. This was once the section inhabited by wealthy German merchants and brewers. It survived the downfall of the neighborhood, but didn't survive the 1968 riots. It has been occupied by several churches since, but still features its original chain-supported marquee.
