Information for this tour was contributed by Daniel Gibbs. This was the only theatre in Baltimore's predominantly Jewish suburb. The Pikes closed around 1980. It had a brief revival as a movie house in the early '90s, but that was unfortunately short-lived and the theatre was gutted. It's now home to DiPasquale's deli and restaurant. The deli is very much aware of the theatre's past and has maintained the marquee, even announcing their specials on the marquee with the phrase "Now Showing!"
