Information for this tour was contributed by Daniel Gibbs.

Built in 1908 and modernized several times thereafter, the Ideal closed in 1963. It is now a store in the old working-class neighborhood of Hampden. Inside, the walls are in great shape, and you can see the great Deco murals that covered the organ screens in a 1930s redecoration.
