Opened 1928, closed in the late 1980s. Still intact. Really cool but somewhat plain theatre. The main door is reached by walking down a long, indoor arcade of shops. This is in a great neighborhood, there's really no reason it couldn't be reopened tomorrow. Standing shuttered and unused.
