Also Known As: Fleur 4 Theatres
Previously operated by: Dubinsky Brothers Theatres, Carmike Cinemas

Information for this tour was contributed by Ed Cook & The Evil Sam Graham.

The Fleur IV was opened by Dubinsky Brothers in 1970. It was purchased by Carmike in 1991 and was closed on August 25, 2001, the same day as the Valley III in West Des Moines.

The theater was re-opened later in 2001 as the independent Fleur Cinema & Cafe with a remodeled lobby. The auditoriums are your garden-variety 1980s-style four-plex design in red. The format has proven a success and their customers really treasure them.
