With the structure under renovation, architect's drawings are displayed in the windows, showing what the building should look like when construction is complete. Inside the building, much of the auditorium floor will be leveled for use as a multipurpose area. The lobby is to be deepened and the balcony is to be removed and converted into a production room for sound and spotlights.
