Information for this tour was contributed by Darren Snow. Moses Ginsberg had the Beach Theatre built in 1941 for $320,000. Architects Pereira and Pereira collaborated with Robert Law Weed, who also oversaw the interior decorating. For its stunning design, Theatre Catalog awarded the Beach first place in its class for 1941.
