Information for this tour was contributed by Darren Snow.

Louis Jablonow of the Jablonow & Komm chain (later Mid-America) opened this ozoner on 7/1/49 with "Give My Regards To Broadway." It was surrounded by the Cahokia Mounds, an ancient burial site. When the mounds were made into a historic attraction, most of the drive-in was demolished--but speaker posts were left for future archaeologists as signs of 20th-century civilization.
