Information for this tour was contributed by Klaus Weber. The Primus-Palast is located in the Gartenstrasse a few meters behind the Berliner Strasse in Zehlendorf. It was built in 1910 as a ballroom joined to the hotel Lindenpark. It was also used for screenings in silent movie days, but since 1949 it was regulary used as a cinema. The interior decoration was in blue and silver.
Das Gebäude des Primus-Palastes ist quer an das dreigeschossige Haupthaus angegliedert und liegt in der Gartenstrasse / Zehlendorf. Es wurde 1910 als Tanzsaal des Hotels "Lindenhof" erbaut. Schon zu Stummfilmzeiten fanden gelegentlich Filmvorführungen statt, als reguläres Kino diente der Saal aber erst ab 1949. Die Innenausstattung war in Blau und Silber. Photos
