The 95 Nanaimo is the side that had the entrance to the apartments upstairs where the Martinelli's lived, who were the operators. So that's where the mail went, and that is the usual business address. But the entrance was around the corner on busy Hastings Street. The building was torn down completely, and a bank built on the property.
