All seats are reserved: You get a ticket for a specific seat. They don't have a "map" of the auditoriums at the box office, you can only specify front, middle or back and the computer picks your seats. The seats are very comfortable with generous legroom. Seat bottoms do not fold up and the back do not recline. Armrests are double-wide. The acoustical treatment on the walls is just fabric with practically no padding behind it, allowing for severe slap-echo problems.
